2-Session Beginner Cooking & Baking Sessions for Adults
Are you tired of ordering from Door Dash? Pants getting too tight? Wallet getting a bit stretched?
Three Wishes Cooking School is excited to offer beginner cooking and baking classes for adults ages 16 and over. If you want to cook, but don’t know how to get started, these sessions are for you!
Join us to learn knife skills, how to decipher a recipe, how to stock your pantry efficiently, and how to create nutritious, delicious meals whether you’re cooking for yourself or your entire family.
How to Register:
Register for a session by updating the quantity in the box below and clicking the orange “REGISTER” button.
Go to your cart in the upper right-hand corner of the website to checkout.
Each session is capped at a maximum of six adults; the system won’t let you register if the session has reached capacity. If a session is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist.
If you’re new to Three Wishes Cooking School, you’ll need to submit a waiver to complete your registration.
Session Details:
Our 2-session adult beginner cooking and baking sessions are offered on Thursdays from 5:30 – 7:30 pm at CAFE 180
Adults ages 16 and over are invited to register (Got kids? Check out our kids’ sessions here.)
Up to four adults can register per session
Sessions can be taken individually or as a series
Session 1: Baking Bootcamp
Learn tips and tricks for baking at high altitude during this two-week baking session. We’ll make scones, fruit jam, clotted cream cookies and bars.

Session 2: Sauces
Learn how to make two basic sauces—béchamel and velouté. We’ll make pretzel bites with homemade cheese sauce (béchamel) and homemade chicken and noodles (velouté). No more packaged gravy for you!

Session 3: Meatless Mondays
In need of some delicious meatless meal recipes? We’ll make sweet potato stew and veggie fritters with lemon garlic aioli. We promise, you won’t miss the meat!

Session 4: Brunch
Impress your family and friends at your next brunch get together with these delicious recipes—hash brown crusted quiche paired with mixed greens with apples, candied pecans and homemade dressing, and sweet potato hash with over easy egg and a winter fruit salad.
